Introducing AnyTeam Radar

An early warning system for sales leaders — managers, CROs, and RevOps. Radar aggregates every rep's deals into one view built from the emails, meetings, CRM updates and Slack threads your team already generates.

An early warning system for sales leaders — managers, CROs, and RevOps.

AnyTeam Radar gives sales leaders an early warning system across all their reps’ deals, both autonomously and on demand. Different from CRM and traditional sales forecasting tools, AnyTeam’s AI Revenue Workforce engine provides real-time context and deal signals based on all the data that a sales team is accumulating, such as emails, CRM updates, conversations in Slack and Microsoft Teams, virtual and in-person meetings, AI Chat, to-dos and work completed by AnyTeam’s autonomous agents, and more.

What is it?

AnyTeam now lets sales managers and admins set up a team and invite members into a single connected space. It includes permissions, access control, and sharing capabilities across AnyTeam’s core features: meetings, accounts, artifacts, agents, and more.

For sales leaders with direct reports, AnyTeam’s Radar module aggregates every rep’s deals into an interactive grid that surfaces the most important information for the day:

  • What are the most important deals that need attention?
  • What reps need assistance on their deals and how can I help?
  • What deals are moving positively or trending in a negative direction?
  • What are key decisions and actions from the last meeting with a prospect?
  • What are all the deals that are in Stage X in CRM?
  • What are all the deals forecasted to close this month and the risk?

“From a management perspective, I no longer have to wait for my reps to update my CRM system to get a report or a dashboard that could be days or weeks or worse yet incomplete… It pulls everything together from email, Slack, CRM, and my reps meetings and tells me what’s top of mind, what’s making the change both positive and negative, and what really needs my attention to drive a deal forward.”

Joe Williams — former CRO and 12+ year sales leader at Salesforce

“This is amazing. This is just like a dream come true for sales leaders like myself. It gives revenue leaders an early warning system for their business. Instead of waiting for the forecast call to discover a deal that slipped, the manager now sees where the momentum is changing.”

Kelly Traut — CEO & Founder at KT Growth Partners and former VP Sales at Degreed

Additionally, using AnyTeam’s AskAI gives managers the ability to understand meetings and ask questions when they are unable to attend every one of their rep’s meetings.

How we built it

The first step in building AnyTeam was to create an AI-native sales application for the individual sales rep. The core foundation of this is a sales brain and compounding memory and an app that connects into the workflow and systems they use, delivers personalized and autonomous AI capabilities to give them more selling time back, such as creating sales artifacts, robust call recording capabilities, and agency to create AI agents in a single sentence.

Next, we studied how sales reps communicate with their managers and talked to sales leaders about the existing state of CRM and tools used for sales forecasting like Gong and Clari. We asked questions such as, if you have 8 sales reps and each rep is doing 10 meetings per week, how do you get reliable and real-time insights across those 80 meetings and deals?

Here were some of the responses:

“We roll up all of our deals on Friday and we have a Monday morning forecast call to review the deals with the sales team. We go through the deals forecasted to close for the month and quarter with excruciating detail. And when I have a question, I don’t know where to look to get a single answer — do I go to CRM? Do I go to Gong or the spreadsheet, do I look in Slack, or do I ask the rep?”

“Our RevOps or GTM engineering team has built a workflow for us to throw our Gong or Granola transcripts into Claude for us to AI to ask questions of deals. But often the answer is sitting in a different system and I don’t know what AI interface to use?”

“I just call the reps on their cell phone and ask them to give me an update on a deal that I have a spidey sense of going in the wrong direction. As I can’t be in every meeting with every rep, it would be great to have an AI agent that delivers what I need and when I need it so that instead of asking basic questions, I can focus on what I can do to help.”

“I spend hours combing through emails, reports, Slack messages and channels to find the latest information as to what is happening on any given deal or customer. Even with AI chat in CRM or in forecasting tools like Clari, I still have to search and ask questions, and this does not scale when you have a team of 5-10 reps and 50+ deals.”

Then we built AnyTeam Radar: secure visibility across the accounts, deals, and meetings reps have in AnyTeam, sharing permissions so leaders and reps collaborate on artifacts, chats, and meetings, and delegation permissions to assign action items to teammates.

What we built

Team Pulse — who needs me

Every rep on your team gets a card. You see their pipeline, how many deals are open, how many meetings they have today, and a row of dots — one per deal, green, amber or red. Underneath, a single line tells you the top risk or the next thing to do. When nothing needs you, it says nothing.

Reps who need you sort to the top, so “where do I start” is answered before you scroll. Click a card and the deals below filter to that rep.

Deals Needing Attention — which deals

Every flagged deal across the team, ranked, each with one sentence on why it’s here. You get its recent trajectory as a sparkline, the value and close date, and where it stands: at risk, stalling, watch or flat. Healthy deals never make the list.

Open a row and it expands in place. You see what flagged the deal and what’s going well alongside it, how engagement across the buying team has moved, a timeline of how it got here, one-line outcomes from the recent meetings, a suggested next step, and what the CRM has on amount, stage and close date.

What Shifted Today — what changed

Everything that moved today, good and bad. A champion who’s gone quiet sits next to a buyer who just asked for thirty more seats. Each entry names the deal, shows which way it went, and explains the shift in a line. Deals where nothing happened stay out of your way, so a short section here just means a quiet day.

Today’s Digest — what happened

A rundown of the day’s meetings, rep by rep. Each card gives you the account, a sentence on how the meeting went, and the deal behind it with its value and close date. Reps who need you are open; reps who are on track collapse to a line. Internal meetings get counted, not listed.

At the top sits a short written brief and a ranked “start here” list of the few deals most worth your time. The whole digest goes to Slack or email in a click, which is usually how it ends up in front of a VP.

The page refreshes when you ask it to and stamps the time, so you always know how current what you’re reading is.
