The team behind the New Selling Economy
We know what B2B sales teams need because we've lived with it. Building AnyTeam is what happens when sellers build for sellers.
The art of selling has transformed.
Buyers arrive informed — and trust is the most important thing to win.
Earning it is uniquely human work: presence, listening, the judgment to know when to push and when to wait. But every rep's week is buried in everything around that moment — analytics to dig through, context to remember, long processes that should be simple.
The current sales tech stack was built for the SaaS era — for management and RevOps, not the sellers doing the work. CRM systems, sales forecasting and revenue intelligence tools, sales enablement and coaching tools, even the new crop of AI tools, were all designed to create visibility upward — extracting data from reps at the cost of their most valuable resource: the time it takes to earn a buyer's trust.
AnyTeam is built for it. AnyTeam carries the operational and cognitive load of selling — the research, prep, follow-up, and constant context-switching — holds memory and gets smarter by the day, and gets reps back to selling, the part that's uniquely human.
AnyTeam inverts this entirely.
100+ years of selling. Now putting that knowledge to work for you.
Every founder and advisor here has sat in the AE seat — from being the first rep at a startup to scaling sales orgs of thousands. We're building the tool we always wished we had.
A four-time founder, Ajay has spent two decades building and scaling enterprise software — most recently founding BluBracket (acquired by HashiCorp) and Vera (acquired by Fortra), with earlier product and general-management roles at AppSense, Mashery, Cisco, and Oracle. He started AnyTeam after living the same problem in every company he built and sold for: reps spending most of their week on everything but selling.
Jeff has been part of three IPOs — Salesforce, Zuora, and Elastic — and served as CMO at Snyk and Elastic. A founding team member at Zuora, he helped create the ‘Subscription Economy’ category. A sales-first marketing leader his whole career, he built AnyTeam to finally give reps the tools the stack was never designed to give them.

Scaled category-defining go-to-market orgs from manager through SVP across two breakout companies.

Decades building the enablement programs that turn a methodology into how a team actually sells.

Career enterprise AE who has carried the number through three high-growth software companies.

A RevOps leader across SumoLogic, Zuora, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce — now founder and CEO of Super.AI.
Backed by operators who've been there
